Description
Brause & Co. was founded in Iserlohn, Germany, in 1850. The company became known for its steel nibs for handwriting, drawing and calligraphy.
You will receive nine unused Brause Ornament no. 500 nibs in perfect condition, one in each of the following sizes: ½, ¾, 1, 1½, 2, 2½, 3, 4 and 5.
These lettering nibs have a round writing plate and an ink reservoir. They produce strokes of relatively uniform thickness, making them suitable for monoline lettering, titles and decorative work. The different sizes allow you to create lettering and ornamentation at a range of scales.
