Ruspi was an Italian manufacturer of steel dip pen nibs, active in the 1920s. Its range included nibs sold under the Astoria, Cobaltea, Elettra, Trionfo and Sahara names, reflecting the variety of branded designs offered by Italian nib makers of the period.
The Penna Elettra No. 9 is a small vintage Italian drawing nib with a gold-coloured finish. It produces an extremely fine line and has very little elasticity.
