16 vintage fountain pen nibs

This collection brings together eight varieties of vintage fountain pen nibs, with two examples of each model. It includes Goldur, Durid, IRGO, N.C.S. and Müller’s Nova Krupp nibs.

You will receive sixteen unused nibs in perfect condition:

• Two Goldur no. 4 nibs, described on their original packaging as hand-polished. A reported writing example produces an approximately extra-fine line with some line variation.

• Two Goldur no. 8 nibs, advertised with a special writing tip and resistance to rust and oxidation.

• Two Durid no. 2 nibs, hand-polished and advertised with a special writing tip and resistance to rust and oxidation.

• Two Durid no. 4 nibs with the same advertised finishing and corrosion-resistant properties.

• Two Durid no. 8 nibs with the same advertised finishing and corrosion-resistant properties.

• Two Müller’s Nova Krupp no. 25 M nibs, made from V2A steel and advertised as rustproof and acid-resistant. This model is attributed to the German nib manufacturer Hermann Müller.

• Two IRGO no. 4 nibs, described on their original packaging as hand-polished. A reported writing example has a fine line, a semi-flexible response and a smooth writing feel.

• Two N.C.S. no. 25 m.K. steel nibs, advertised as resistant to rust and oxidation.

These are loose replacement nibs. Compatibility depends on the dimensions and construction of the fountain pen’s feed and section; the model numbers do not guarantee a universal fit.
