Due to new import tariffs that are not passed on to you, but are my responsibility, I have had to adjust my shipping costs. To closely monitor the impact of the new regulations, I am temporarily only shipping orders to the US that cost no more than $ 125. You cannot find US anymore in shipping category World 1. US is now a separate category (see table below).

About shipment:
The shipping costs are calculated on the value of the purchases. We have kept the shipping costs for purchases up to a value of $ 7.00 as low as possible to give everyone the opportunity to get acquainted with the fascinating world of calligraphy. In this case the items will be send in a mail lite padded envelope. That means, that the shipping is without track & trace.
Purchases above the value of $ 7.00 will be shipped in a parcel letter / package. These purchases can be tracked.
You can order till a maximum value of $ 250,-
I mostly ship with Post NL.
The current status of the transport can be tracked on the Internet via the shipment number. If a shipment is not delivered, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. I will ask the carrier to investigate your shipment. Please understand that a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price can only take place once the loss of the shipment has been confirmed by the carrier. The research on programs can take several weeks to complete, I have no control over that.

Delivery Time:
After receiving your payment, I will send your order within 3 working days at the latest. Within the Netherlands, shipping usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Shipments within the EU are usually delivered in 1 week to 10 days. Shipments outside the EU take around 1 to 4 weeks
Returning goods:
Returning nibs / holders is allowed within 14 days after delivery. The costs of returning are for the account of the buyer. Before returning any goods you have to announce that by means of the contact form.
